This plant boasts a high number of nutrients, including vitamins A, B, C, and E, minerals such as iron, phosphorus, and calcium, amino acids, mucilage, fatty acids, proteins, phytoestrogens, and diosgenin. Thanks to the mucilage contained in the seeds, fenugreek powder, in addition to promoting cell renewal and having hydrating, nourishing, regenerating, and firming properties, leaves the skin soft, toned, and elastic.
Extracted from the leaves of the plant, it is particularly rich in polyphenols, caffeine, vitamins (B1, B2, C) and minerals (potassium and magnesium). Well known in China where its peculiar properties have been exploited for centuries: anti-free radical action and stimulating/toning action.
It is extremely rich in vitamins, especially vitamin E, fatty acids and natural antioxidants. The flavonoids contained in it act as an anti-inflammatory, the tocopherols help prevent damage from free radicals, counteracting premature aging.
